Bluetooth stink

Bluetooth File Exchange iconBluetooth sync with my cell phone fails with an error message when file browsing is open with the Bluetooth File Exchange program. This is a case of one OS X application not knowing what another is doing. iSync should tell us to quit Bluetooth File Exchange if this is really a problem, and even offer to do it for us.

iSync iconI do wonder why syncing between calendars and contacts can take place while iCal and Address Book are open, but not when Bluetooth File Exchange is open. Can you please fix these inconsistencies?

The nagging inconsistencies that I’ve already reported, and will continue to comment upon, make for a rough user experience. Using OS X sometimes feels like I’m trying to wipe my butt with sandpaper; I have to do it, but I don’t enjoy it.

So much to nag about

This is getting crazy. In just a couple of hours this morning I have material for eight new articles just from working through a couple of tasks.

Eight things to nag you about. I’ll try to keep each article short so you don’t drift off.

I’m really getting backlogged. This is becoming more like work than a hobby.
